A Sudbury, MA native and graduate of George Washington University and Harvard's Graduate School of Education, Trevor has lived and worked in Jamaica Plain since 2011. Over the past 10 years, he has helped clients buy and sell homes throughout the Boston area, from JP, Roslindale, and the South End to Belmont, Cambridge, Somerville and beyond. Trevor combines a deep knowledge of the local market with thoughtful representation and unparalleled service to ensure a smooth, joyful transaction. Past clients deeply value his negotiation skills, calm demeanor, and exceptionally organized approach.
Trevor serves a variety of clients—from the first time homebuyer, to the retiree looking to downsize, to the investor interested in a 1031 exchange. Rhode Island native and graduate of Wellesley College, Ashlee has had a lifelong appreciation for homes. One of the many reasons why she loves real estate is because she has the pleasure of educating buyers and sellers about the process after spending many years working in education and social work in Boston. Ashlee’s clients appreciate her attention to detail, thoughtful insight into properties and the area, and ability to negotiate what’s best for them.
With a keen knowledge of the Jamaica Plain and Roslindale areas as an over 20-year resident, she has a knack for working with clients to find their perfect homes. Ashlee resides in the Central JP area with her wife Michaela and daughter Teagan. In her free time, she can be found at local music or swim class with her daughter or enjoying all of the open space that Jamaica Plain has to offer.

Jay Adams has worked as a designer and creative director for 15 years. From textiles to apparel to interiors, she brings a wide array of design experience to the table. She loves to work with clients to invest in their homes and create truly functional, beautiful, and lasting places to live and enjoy.
Her recent addition to the Adams & Co team brings her design expertise together with real estate to create a truly unique home buying and selling experience. Jay works with the Adams & Co team to prepare homes for sale - staging and presenting homes in their best light - as well as remodels of newly acquired client properties. She also works with developers to spec finishes and fixtures along with directing the overall branding and presentation of new construction properties to ensure strong sell through.
