A Sudbury, MA native and graduate of George Washington University and Harvard's Graduate School of Education, Trevor has lived and worked in Jamaica Plain since 2011. Over the past 10 years, he has helped clients buy and sell homes throughout the Boston area, from JP, Roslindale, and the South End to Belmont, Cambridge, Somerville and beyond. Trevor combines a deep knowledge of the local market with thoughtful representation and unparalleled service to ensure a smooth, joyful transaction. Rhode Island native and graduate of Wellesley College, Ashlee has had a lifelong appreciation for homes. One of the many reasons why she loves real estate is because she has the pleasure of educating buyers and sellers about the process after spending many years working in education and social work in Boston. Ashlee’s clients appreciate her attention to detail, thoughtful insight into properties and the area, and ability to negotiate what’s best for them.
With a keen knowledge of the Jamaica Plain and Roslindale areas as an over 20-year resident, she has a knack for working with clients to find their perfect homes. Ashlee resides in the Central JP area with her wife Michaela and daughter Teagan. In her free time, she can be found at local music or swim class with her daughter or enjoying all of the open space that Jamaica Plain has to offer.

Having lived, studied and worked in several major metropolitan areas and with a love of design - Jessica is thrilled to be back in the Metrowest and supporting people on their real estate journeys.
With degrees from Colgate and the University of Pennsylvania – she has always worked and volunteered on community and education centered issues. After moving several times over the last fifteen years – Jessica understands the emotions and logistics behind finding and selling a home. Taking the time to recognize what is uniquely important in this process, she looks forward to supporting and advocating for her clients during this emotionally charged time. A native of the Boston area, Jessica loves connecting with friends and visiting museums, taking day trips and being active with her husband and three children.

Jay Adams has worked as a designer and creative director for the past 15 years. From textiles to apparel to interiors, she brings a wide array of design and marketing experience to the table. She supports the Adams & Co team with marketing expertise and strategy to ensure our clients homes sell with ease. She also assists in our agents in presenting properties in their best light through strategic and cost-effective staging.
In addition, Jay partners with our developer clients to create interior design packages, specifying finishes and directing branding and presentation of new construction properties to ensure strong sell through.
